With the victory, the top-seeded Lady Bears will meet rival Owen J. Roberts, a 3-1 winner over defending champion Upper Perkiomen, in the final.
Hollie Garber and Kelly Furman added assists for the Lady Bears, while goalkeeper Lizzie Kish didn't even need to make a save in picking up her seventh clean sheet of the season and second in as many games.
Boyertown's victory on Tuesday night also matches its all-time record for wins in a season with 15, set by the 2004 Lady Bears squad, which went 15-4 on the year.

Kelly Furman's goals off a Jenna Dubs free kick in the 69th minute would be all the goalscoring Boyertown would need as the Lady Bears held off arch-rival 1-0 in a PAC-10 showdown at Wildcat Stadium for the program's 100 th victory of all-time.
With the win, Boyertown (14-3 overall, 12-1 PAC-10) wraps up first-place in the Liberty Division for the second straight season. The Lady Bears will meet Frontier Division second seed Phoenixville (4-6-1 PAC-10) at 8 p.m. on Tuesday at Coach McNally Stadium in Royersford in the PAC-10 Final Four semifinals.

Ashley Pardoski and Jordy Heidelbaugh each added assists in the winning effort for the Lady Bears (13-3 overall, 11-1 PAC-10).

Methacton 2, Boyertown 1
Boyertown struck first, but Methacton struck the hardest, rallying from an early 1-0 deficit to rally past the Lady Bears, 2-1, in a PAC-10 Liberty Division showdown.
Jenna Benfield got Boyertown (12-3 overall, 10-1 PAC-10) on the board in the first half, off an Emily Austerberry assist, but that is all the scoring the Lady Bears would get as the Warriors scored the eventual game-winner with six minutes to play in regular time on a free kick from about 40 yards out.
In JV action, Jackie Rutter netted a pair of goals off corner kicks, and Audrey Randall added a third to lead Boyertown (13-0 overall, 9-0 PAC-10) to a 3-0 blanking of Methacton.
Robyn Piveteau added an assist, while Alyssa Cotellese needed to make just four saves en route to her ninth clean sheet of the season.

Emily Austerberry's goal in the 71 st minute broke a 1-1 deadlock and propelled Boyertown (12-2 overall, 9-0 PAC-10) to a 2-1 victory over arch-rival Owen J. Roberts in a key PAC-10 Liberty Conference showdown at Memorial Stadium.
Austerberry netted the eventual game-winner when she ran on to a misplayed ball by Wildcat defender Kaitlyn Betson and slipped it past Owen J. Roberts goalkeeper Cassie Popp to make it a 2-1 match.
Danielle Lentz got the Lady Bears on the board in the first half to make it a 1-0 game off a Jenna Dubs assist before the Wildcats tied the match just before the half.

Hollie Garber's go-ahead goal in the 62 nd minute proved to be the game-winner, as Boyertown (10-2 overall) rallied to down host Valley View, 2-1, in a non-league contest.
After the Cougars opened the night's scoring with a Tory Legg goal in the 17 th minute to put Valley View up 1-0, Danielle Lentz netted the equalizer for Boyertown off an Emily Austerberry assist to net the score at 1-1.
Lentz also set up Garber's goal with a fine cross to the top of the penalty area that Garber promptly deposited into the back of the net for 2-1.

Emily Austerberry's header off a Kelly Furman throw-in capped off a late Boyertown rally as the Lady Bears (8-2 overall, 7-0 PAC-10) came-from-behind to top visiting Phoenixville, 2-1 in overtime, on Wednesday in a PAC-10 divisional crossover match at Memorial Stadium.
Level at 1-1 with under five minutes to play in the first overtime, Furman launched her throw-in from nearly 35 yards out and found a leaping Austerberry, who slipped the ball into the back of the net for the victory.
Phoenixville actually took a 1-nil lead in the 66 th minute when Savannah Smith made the most of a Boyertown defending error and got on the end of a Caitie Hamilton free kick and beat oncoming Lady Bears goalkeeper Lizzie Kish to give her team the lead.
But Boyertown rallied back just 10 minutes later as Hollie Garber collected a loose ball in the middle of a pack of players in front of the net and poked it just inside the net for the equalizer.
The Lady Bears held a 12-3 shots on goal advantage and Kish was forced to make just two saves in picking up her seventh win of the season.
The JV game was cancelled due to the Phantoms' inability to field a team.
Boyertown 3, Upper Perkiomen 0
Hollie Garber grabbed her second double of the season, and Erin Roberts finished off a fine cross from Sammi Eddinger as Boyertown (7-2 overall, 6-0 PAC-10) blanked Upper Perkiomen, 3-0, in a PAC-10 divisional crossover match.
Garber used some fancy footwork to thrash the Indian defensive back four for much of the day, notching her first tally just four minutes into the match.
Roberts then made it 2-0 when Eddinger took a Raelynn Mikell through ball down the right side of the pitch, cut the ball back, beat her defender and found Roberts coming onto the ball in the middle of the park.
Garber then capped off the Boyertown scoring for the day with some more highlight-reel footwork, launching a shot from just outside the penalty area for 3-0.
